Jerk Marinade Recipe

Tsp Allspice
Tsp Fresh grated Nutmeg
Tsp Cinnamon
Tsp Cardamon
Tbs Dijon Mustard
Tsp each of black and white pepper
2 Habaneros Chiles
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup each of orange juice and lime juice

Fresh Herbs:
Tsp Thyme
Tsp Mint
Tsp Oregano
Tsp Marjorem
Tsp Sage
Tsp Rosemary
( 1/2 the amount of dried herbs can sub)

Put all ingredients into blender. Puree.Put into non reactive bowl and
marinate salmon for 1 to 3 hours. Grill or bbq salmon to perfection.
This will work on chicken, pork and other fish.
